"hotel was very nice, when we travel we look forward to a relaxing time in the pool and hot tub, well the pool and hot tub were out of order. at check in we were not told of the pool out of order only when we arrived at the pool in our swimsuits did we find out, mention it at the desk and were told sorry, did not offer any compensation so we cancel our 2nd night. the wedding party that also that was staying there were not happy about this either."
