Wonderful Location
We absolutely loved the location of this property! The pool provided so much time for us to relax on those rainy days and just have fun together as a family. The beach was roughly 15 minutes away, which was perfect for us. The one thing we couldn’t figure out was the AC. We would get home in the evenings and the house would be almost 80 degrees even though we had it set at 66 (the lowest that was allowed). We tried to figure out the AC but couldn’t. However, this wasn’t a big deal for us at all. We would definitely stay here again!

Rotunda West
Great Location if you have friends/relatives that live in Rotundo West. The house amenities were delightful. The pool and the hot tub are beautiful and the outdoor living space is set up beautiful. There are three bedrooms two bath and kitchen is well stocked with all the equipment you would need. The homeowner is very responsive and so easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

The house is a great layout, especially with kids. The lanai with the pool, hot tub and couch with tv was perfect. Very nice amenities for taking to the beach. It was a nice place to stay with our family.

Amazing place
I've stayed in a few other vacation rentals and this is by far the most accommodating. The house was clean as could be, had so many items included (items for the beach, bikes, swim toys etc) and furnishings way above par. Michelle was also super responsive and very helpful when I couldn't figure something out. I'm already trying to figure out when to go back!

Snowbird Getaway
My wife and I are retired and we stayed for about 4 weeks. We enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of the layout of the house as well as the quiet neighborhood. The pool/spa area was especially popular. Our daughter and son-in law stayed for a few days and we all enjoyed the beaches/pool/spa. Later on my wife's brother and his wife joined us for two weeks and everyone enjoyed the pool/spa as well as the quietness of the neighborhood and restaurants. The house is well laid out for for privacy as well as for common family gatherings. Shopping was close by as were some of the beaches. Relatively speaking there were no traffic concerns! Fantastic area/Great restaurants to which we visited frequently. The owners were very quick to respond with any questions that we had- great communication. We would stay here again for another month of diversion from the north in the winter!

Property was wonderful and just what we needed for our family vacation. Michelle, the property owner was amazing, easy to contact and followed up quickly. I recommend this property. Excellent home away from home!
My family consisting of my husband and myself, my mother in law, and our 7 children (ages ranging from 9-18) all LOVED this house so much! First of all, it is gorgeous! The furniture is comfortable, everything was super clean and it is so spacious! The kids enjoyed having the pool and hot tub, as did we. Kitchen was stocked with anything you could need and more. We discovered beach chairs and toys and even a canopy in the garage. We had two small issues during our stay, beyond the owners control, but both were resvolved quickly and graciously with prompt communication via text with Michelle. Thank you so much for that! This home will make your vacation so much better!

Great place!
We stayed for 5 nights on a family vacation, eight adults and a 4 year old, and we had plenty of room to be comfortable. The pool was great and used daily and there were several beaches to choose from within 15-20 minutes away. Great place and would stay again.

Very comfortable, nicely appointed home in quiet well maintained neighborhood
Everything was great! The house was very clean and comfortable, and the beverages in the refrigerator were a welcome and unexpected treat at the end of a long and very late travel day. The house had everything we needed and then some. We didn’t use the hot tub, but the pool was great. The owners were attentive and very easy to work with. We had a small problem with the toilet in the master suite. I texted the owner about it in the morning and it was fixed by the time we returned that evening. We would definitely try to stay here again if we were in the area.

Absolutely the nicest house we have ever stayed at. The master suite is amazing. The house is nicely decorated with everything you will need for a vacation. The bedding is clean and nice quality. Week stay in Rotonda
My family and I stayed at this property while in town to celebrate our grandfather's 98th birthday. We stay in this community a few times each year and this property was one of the most up to date and clean houses we have stayed at. The owners clearly put effort into making this property a pleasant rental. We encountered a few hiccups with the check in code, tv login and hot tub but the owners were immediately responsive and invested in resolving the issues right away. The were great to communicate with. I would recommend this property to any inquiring renters.

Rotonda Retreat!
Great property in Rotonda West to relax and soak up the sun at! Brad and Michelle are great hosts! They were very kind and responsive in all our communications with them. Despite the impact of recent Hurricane Ian on the area they did all they could to ensure we still had a great trip! After the hurricane hit they were in communication with us about how their house held up and the items they were working on to get it ready for our stay. They were able to get the last few repairs done while we were there and partially refunded us due to the repairs disrupting a few days of our trip. We really appreciated how they handled this tough circumstance and still helped us to have a great trip! Our favorite aspect of the house was the backyard oasis - Pool, Spa and TV! We really enjoyed our time out there!! We recommend this property for anyone looking to get away and enjoy the Florida sun!!!

Great Girl's Trip Location!
We flew in to enjoy the sun and spend time together with friends. We loved the cleanliness of the property and the layout which allowed for many group activities but also the ability to have quiet space. The back yard was AMAZING!!! Pool, spa and outdoor TV made for the perfect space for fun and relaxation. Those in the group with children were already dreaming of a return with their families because of the excellent set up of this property. A short 10 minutes to the beach, great restaurants and the grocery store. Excellent space to enjoy the Florida sun and the communication with Brad and Michelle made it easy and enjoyable- thanks for a great stay!
