"Charming spot is as described, stone house with a brook running behind. Stayed in early March so the house had to be heated by the wood stove fairly constantly. Some wood was provided but we had to go up the hill to fill a wheelbarrow for another load. Internet access was sketchy at times. A weak signal. The source is up a steep hill in the host’s house and we only had 1 bar on our phones at best. One night we had a power outage. The host was not on the property to address the problem. The...

The garden is big enough to explore, play football, badminton and get lost in. The swing and outdoor shower were an added bonus. "Lovely property! The bakery is unique lodging and was in an excellent location to explore Normandy. The walk into Bayeux was a bit long but lovely along a river. We visited the DDay sites as well as Mont St Michel by car. The owner lives in a large house on the property and was very welcoming and informative, though with no one present on arrival it was easy to follow directions to access the property. This is absolutely a great location to stay if you are travelling in Normandy by car. "

"We could not have asked for a better place to stay on our trip. The pictures do not do this place justice. Perfect place to stay when visiting the DDay sites. Very close to the train station and an easy walk to town. Our host was so kind and helpful. Check in process was a breeze. I can not recommend staying here enough. "

"There were 6 of us staying at the property and the set up was terrific. Beds, bathrooms and living areas all comfortable and well fitted out. Nicely decorated and quite funky. Calm, quiet stay in beautiful surroundings.
