Back to my childhood
This is our second time staying at this beautiful place but our first in this cottage. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is decorated so cute with aniques and has 2 comfy queen beds, a kitchen area and a separate living area. It also has a nice size bathroom with a shower. The best part for me was the outdoor space. It is so quiet and I got to see fireflies (lightening bugs). That was such a treat. It took me back to my childhood. ❤️

This was a wonderful find. It was clean, exactly as described. Lady that ran it was so helpful and accommodating. It was minutes from round top which was our destination. Very reasonable I highly recommend.

The property and the owners were wonderful. We had to force ourselves to leave because we had such a good time talking to them. It’s too bad that VRBO didn’t communicate properly. Luckily it worked out in the end.

My friend and I stayed here after shopping all day at Round Top. It is out in the country, so we got a beautiful drive, a lovely outdoor area that we enjoyed while eating our dinner. Our Hosts had snacks and HANDWRITTEN notes that made everything so friendly and personable and easy. Would love to stay with them again!

We could not have had a better place to stay for our trip to Round Top. Our hosts were very gracious and accommodating. The accommodations were exactly as depicted. As two women, we felt very safe. This space is a perfect launch pad for enjoying the Round Top area.

We booked this for overflow for a family gathering a few miles away at our house out here. We ended up not needing the space and a few people were over served and couldn't drive so stayed put at our place. Owner was very communicative and accommodating. Will definitely book again! Awesome location close to Roundtop and Brenham/290. Very easy to get to but very private.

Quiet and Convenient
My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Country Comfort while attending the Round Top Antiques Week . The drive from Round Top through the countryside and onto the wooded property really made it feel like a getaway. The apartment is lovely and the hosts are the friendliest couple ever!

Perfect Location
This hidden treasure was perfect for us. The driveway from the highway to the cottage was so pretty. And the cottage transformed itself the minute we walked in the door! We loved the decor! The hosts met us outside - the Grants are a lovely couple. They thought of every detail - there was nothing we needed that wasn't already there. We will definitely book again!
