"The house was perfect for my family of six, which consisted of three adult couples. Three separate bedrooms, each with their own bath along with an extra bathroom on the first floor. There was plenty of room on the first floor to get together between the kitchen and the other two rooms. The house was clean and the owner was super responsive with any questions. We loved the location. We were just minutes away walking to restaurants and a grocery store and just a few minutes further to Trinity...

"Wonderful cottage within walking distance to the park, pubs and restaurants. The bus stop is just a few minutes' walk to catch the bus into Dublin City. The cozy fireplace was perfect for a relaxing nightcap. Highly recommend this place!"

"Wonderful location in central Dublin - looking out over the Liffey. Beds were comfortable, and lots of room to gather. Amenities are good, with plenty of towels. Would recommend cleaning the throw rugs, which have lots of obvious stains - unbecoming of such a great place to stay. Would recommend."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Nook even though it was a quick visit for one night. Patrick was very helpful throughout the entire experience and even let us use his personal freezer to store some items. The house was lovely along with the grounds/landscaping. The only recommendation I would make is the interior needed a little sprucing up maybe with a fresh coat of paint in a couple of the rooms."

"Several issues: dirty bathrooms( moldy grout in shower, cobwebs around ceiling) , sewage smell in center hallway was pronounced when bathrooms were used, not enough towels for our party of 5, washing machine didn’t work properly, dryer non-existent but was advertised. Linens were not only stained and gross but there also weren’t any sheets supplied for the pull out sofa (1 individual in our party had to sleep directly on the mattress). "Was a little worried at first, as friends familiar with Dublin were hesitant about the safety of the neighborhood. Ultimately there were no problems, the property felt safe, and even when strolling in the evening, my family of 6 had a wonderful first visit to Dublin. The townhouse itself was comfortable, and clean, and the host was VERY prompt with answering questions, giving advice about how to get a cab to the airport, and checking in to make sure we were good. Would DEFINITELY stay here...

"Oonagh was fabulous with communicating before, during and after our stay. Her home was as described and very clean. She and her family were very generous with their hospitality. Our Shi-Tzu, Teddy, was made very welcome and we also enjoyed the company of Salem and Poppy. The location is perfect for exploring both Dublin and the beautiful Wicklow hills. We look forward to having another opportunity to spend time in Oonagh's lovely home."

"We loved our stay here! Lisa communicated very well and had so many nice touches that made our stay homey and enjoyable. The location is beautiful and only about 10 minutes away from the nearest coffee shop and grocery store. The surrounding roads are very narrow (you have to pull into a driveway if another car is coming the opposite way) so be aware of that especially if you are new to driving in Ireland. "

"The property is impeccably clean, and it is in the heart of the city close to everything.The two issues are the water temperature for the showers was too low, sometimes only reaching lukewarm and the beds which seem kind of cheap. If you move too abruptly on them you risk popping out the wooden slats that support the mattress which happened twice during our stay. If these two items were remedied, it would be 5 stars in my opinion "

"I had an amazing stay at this hotel. Front desk were very warm and welcoming. I had an issue with my water not heating up quickly and they quickly sent someone to fix it. It got better but I think it still needs to be looked at again. But I will definitely return to this hotel "
