Parking, noise and trash issues.

The place is comfortable and as described. Only issues were slow responses, the designated parking lot was always full with some cars not having the proper parking pass, and nothing was done about it. We also asked where to dispose of our recycling and garbage, and never received a response. The street noises are also pretty loud.
