"The worst hostel experience in my life. Booked an entire room for 4 people via Expedia website in August at an attractive price. The next day reconfirmed this with the hostel administrator (have a proper correspondence). Called a few days before the arrival. All was good. At check-in, the rood Chinese receptionist barely speaking English told my friends that the price that we paid is actually for 1, and not for 4, when the booking was clearly indicating 4. "This is the first time that I have stayed at these apartments. Check in was swift with a text and an email from the owners giving me the code to enter the building. Room was big with plenty of space and was clean. I liked how they left you a tea towel to use during your stay as some places don't and I always have one in my suitcase.
