"I can’t say this enough, the service at this hotel is top of the line. We had an issue with our room upon check in and the team at the hotel checked on us multiple times to ensure that everything was ok. They truly showed understanding and compassion throughout our stay. The amenities provided at Grand Park are the best I’ve seen in Croatia and would highly recommend. The view into the city of Rovinj is also incredible. The one item that I would suggest as an improvement is that it is clear the hotel is seeing some wear and tear that comes with its usage. Things like scuffs on hallways and dirt in certain parts of the hotel. This is my second time staying here and will definitely be coming back."

"The staff at Heritage Angelo was excellent. Very nice and accommodating. The cart to take us from the parking lot to the hotel was on time with a very friendly helpful driver. Breakfast was nice with a very kind friendly young lady helping us get what we need and keeping things stocked well. Great room with nice view. "

"We had an amazing stay at the Residence Porta Antica! We called the hotel when we were unsure with parking and Claudia came in her cart to show us where to park and then drive us to the hotel! She was such a pleasure and so friendly! She gave us a warm welcome and recommended several restaurants, as well as ice cream places! She allowed us to keep our bags in the hotel after checkout because we were going to explore Rovinj before leaving the city. The room itself was stunning. The vibe of the hotel was beautiful and having the ocean right outside the window was perfect. We could not recommend this place enough! Great staff, great location, great rooms! "
