Upon arriving and walking into my room, the heat was on full blast. The AC did not work and there were NO other rooms available to change to. I had to wait 2 hours for the maintenance man to swap out my AC unit.

Overall Hampton Inn is a very nice hotel. The receptionists are also helpful and friendly. Hotel is clean and tidy. Breakfast is warm and appreciated.

The hotel staff were great! And the food was delicious. My only issue was the trash that was under the beds. When cleaning, please make sure that the room is cleaned and mirrors are clean.
