Comfy bed, staff were very helpful, good location. There is club on bottom floor, something to watch out for. It wasnt a big deal for me as i had ear plugs.
Overall the room was very good. Just a couple of things would have made it excellent.
1 No tea bags available in the room only coffee sachets.
2 Shower tray very slow to drain and on the verge of flooding the bathroom
3 only 1 set of towels available for 2 people. Didn’t realise until the next morning when had a shower so too late to contact anyone
The room however was clean and comfortable. The bar below was lovely and the location great. Would stay again but will bring my own tea!!
Loverly room ,big bed comfy, fantastic location and wonderful food In restaurant, will come again

Overall a decent stay for the price I got. My two problems were as follows: 1) when I came to check in, the person who did so read out both my room number and the key code to get into the room very loudly in front of quite a few people at the quieter outside seating area. Being a woman travelling solo, this made me feel quite uneasy. Fortunately, I think the only people in earshot were women, so I didn't mention anything, but I would have mentioned something if it had been men in earshot. Something to be wary of if you visit. 2) Quite a few things in the room were broken; the bin lid fell off when I opened it, the ironing board's base had fallen off, and the door to the en-suite wouldn't close (a sliding door that seemed to be stuck in the wall). It was mostly clean (aside from a hair in the shower, which is easy to miss). The bed was comfy, and the bedding was clean. It was quite loud at night with music from a nearby bar (not something to bother me as I can sleep through anything, and I think this is something to be expected for a place like this). The location was brilliant, very accessible to the rest of Leamington. Overall, an ok stay, no major complaints and no major compliments, just average.
Easy check-in and allowed us to leave our bags for the day.
The room is exactly what you'd expect for the price, spacious and comfortable. It needs a little TLC in places but for the price it is fine for an overnight stay.
Booked here for one night whilst going to see Pet Shop Boys at Warwick castle so this hotel was very convenient as easy to walk to train station to get train into Warwick.
Looked clean in the room on first inspection but there were some minor issues such as slow running water in shower causing it to nearly overflow, cobwebs on ceiling, marks on walls and the tap in the bathroom was very wobbly. Just more attention to detail required as it was very good value at £76 for a double for one night. Better cleaning needed though. Some reviews mentioned the noise from the below terrace bar (which was nice for a drink) but this didn’t really bother us.
All in all ok for one night but room wasn’t massive so would feel a bit claustrophobic if staying longer.
No reception desk or staff. Had to find ourway on via restaurant. Had to enter through back yard as.no parking anywhere near.y
No lift. Only one handrail on steep stairs. Not suitable for disabled person.
Room small, but new, clean and tidy. Shower has no shelf for toiletries etc.
No-one around to help when we left.

Mixed view
Comfy bed, handle for bathroom door found in bed side drew. Toilet flush lose and vanity unit panel not secured properly, toilet brush broken in half, security gate on inside broken and not working, chair falling apart. Good TV and plenty of light. Good cupboard for clothing area,
I really liked this property. Its situated right next to the train station and bus links. The staff are friendly and if your feeling peckish the resturant attatched is fantastic. I accidently rated this property wrong last time tried to change it i was unsuccessful, but this is now the true rating. Should be at least a 4 star hotel rating.

This was not a hotel as expected ! It was rooms accessed at the rear of a restaurant/bar ! The room was clean and fresh but had been fitted out with budget units / decor which will not last the test of time ? Handle on bedside cabinet fell to the floor , handle on bathroom hanging by a thread . There was very little shampoo / body wash in the bathroom and only 1 large towel . My wife and I agreed that it was ok for 1 night however wouldn’t consider returning unfortunately !
Staff were amazing and helpful. Thank you. Building itself is really characterful. Room was great, comfortable and clean. Dinner and cocktails by the river were fab. Loved it.
Room was quite small but had all the normal stuff even an iron. One small criticism shower was slow to drain away.

Check in could be better.
The check in experience wasn’t great as the man who greeted me seemed not to know I was arriving. He then passed me onto someone else who had me down as Kane rather than Jane. I was taken to my room but the start wasn’t welcoming. The room needs a bath mat

Shower wasn’t draining in Room 2. Some fixtures needed sprucing up but overall okay for a 1 night stay. Check in process could be clearer.
