"The room was small and had only the necessary amenities. There is no mini bar, closet or coffee maker in the room. The view was an adjacent house, where we could look directly into peoples livingrooms. The bed was comfy and the shower great. The advertised free parking was nowhere to be found. Streetside parking is almost impossible as this is a very busy part of town. The hotels garage parking would have needed to been booked in advance, is not free and of course there was no space left....

"No lift so if you are carrying anything heavy be prepared to carry them upstairs. Staff was kind but basically they are only there from 10am to 3pm while theybclean the rooms that are getting vacant. After that you can only get service if you call or mqil them. Rooms get cleanead in a per visit basic so avoid long stays."

Not sure about pillows but can be a personal choice as only one night did not enquire re options. Breakfast unhurried, enough to choose from usual fare, though selected choice. I find if it is good choice we don’t really need enormous spread. For Brussels felt value for money. Only negatives were absolutely rubbish...
