Comfortable but not convenient.
"The bed is soft and comfortable. The shower temperature is easy to adjust. They provide 4 pillows for 2 person. The soap is in a bottle that is quite special as my mom originally thought was cleaning detergent left by the cleaner. There is no lift so is not convenient for people with lots of luggage ..."
