Great location to Ski area! Loved the added touches in the lobby each day with chocolate chip cookie, muffins, hot coco bar and s'more bar in the evening. Hot tub and out door fire pits were very nice. Staff very friendly! The parking lot got very icy and we both had a fall one evening. Great place all in all!

Lots od luttle extras - warm blueberry muffins for breakfast, s'more makings, nice hot tub, and the shuttle service to the base lodges. Vwey much enjoyes the staff and location. Snow cap is so close to Sunday River ski resort and yet is affordable. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Morning muffins and evening fresh baked cookies, s’mores and hot chocolate fixin’s add a touch of comfort and feeling of welcome.
