"Because of my wife being unwell, we spent much more time in the hotel room than intended. What a good job that this was one of the best rooms we have stayed in, half the price of London rooms for double the size. We were aware of the announcements from Lime Street station, but given we were on the 5th floor, it was back ground noise. All the staff we had direct contact with were excellent and couldn't be more helpful. The breakfast was OK (we didn't have cooked, so can't comment on it). I also ate in the attached bar which was pub food well done."

"Had a lovely stay. Hotel is stunning. Very comfy beds. Staff wete very friendly. The spa was lovely, very clean and the staff were very friendly and i had a lovely facial. The breakfast was cooked fresh and was the best smashed avocado and egg i have ever tasted. The christmas tree in the reception check in area looked lovely. "

"The lady who checked us in was amazing and the rest of the staff really helpful and friendly. Room temperature was cool even when we adjusted the thermomstat. Breakfast great and good location. "
