"When my kids & I arrived at the property which is a beautiful large 2 storey house, we walked inside & put all our things in our respective rooms then had a short rest on the balcony overlooking the beach before we drove 10 minutes to get to Batemans Bay village centre to stock up on groceries, snacks and supplies before heading back to fill the fridge and head to the beach for a swim. "We spent 5 nights here with some family and friends. Prime location. Alot of ornaments in the house that could probably be removed. Tidy house. Spacious for us all. Great communication with property manager."

Our teenage son loved the downstairs area to have some time away from the parents and we all enjoyed playing pool. "Brown carpet and furniture has absorbed years of cigarette smoke, which hits you in the face on opening the door. Dirt, dust, hair visible on and under bunk beds. Kitchen cabinet doors fell off. Dirty dishes in cabinets. Dead and live cockroaches aplenty. Outside deck was lovely."
