"Not as advertised. Phoned to arrange check in but no one spoke English. Finally got a customer to translate who advised to come at 5 to check in (half an hour later than advertised). When we arrived the bar and restaurant were closed. Only one member of staff there who could not speak English which was advertised on the site. The room was very basic with outdated decor. "This was a great place to stay, it was a little hard to find and to check in and there’s a few different locks to deal with but Lecco was a great city and this apartment was perfect for us. The location was great, very close to the train station and in the center of town. The couch is actually a fold out bed which was a nice surprise. Hopefully I’ll be back soon 😌"

"We stayed in the apartment for 2 nights during a train trip through Europe and the apartment was everything we could have wanted. Brilliant location 5 mins walk from station on vibrant town centre street. Secure door entry, extremely clean and comfortable, bedroom at back of property so no street noise. Very comfortable bed. Fantastic little balcony for enjoying a glass of wine or getting the laundry dry! We would love to return and stay for longer!"
