"This is a great spot, a fab location, and the apartments are very spacious and clean. They have all the home comforts and appliances needed. We had a problem with the hot water not working and it was dealt with really quickly, a plumber was sent within an hour and he repaired the boiler. The staff are lovely too!! "This property was perfect! We were a group of 5, so we utilized the apart hotel. It was spacious and clean, allowed us to have communal space and private sleeping. Dining at the restaurant was fantastic. Jason was our server and he was amazing. Food was great, only a short 10 min walk to the Muckross Abbey and a breath taking lake. Hotel views bolstered mountains in the morning. Wonderful staff, we did not have time to utilize the spa but it looked beautiful. "

"My family and I were delighted with Cottage Mary Rose. Very comfortable, charming and well kept. The deck and grounds were beautiful. Easy parking and Mary and Michael were very responsive. Nearby Castleisland had everything you could need.Easy day trips to Dingle, Galway and Cliffs of Moher."

"As this is a self check-in it would be most helpful to have a three-ring binder listed with items such as “how to” use the peat stove, turn on the hot water, turn on the heat, identify the wifi code. There is a binder filled with bar and restaurant info but what I recommend is different. I did email the host about the wifi code and he let me know it is posted near the TV. Beautiful relaxing stay

"From start to finish it was a lovely relaxing stay at The Brehon. Bar food was great and kane the barman was fab. He really looked after us. Dining room was also fab. Patric looked after our every need. Breakfast was plentiful and really good too. I had a massage and facial in the spa and i would highly recommend Irena. It was amazing. We stayed in one of the heritage rooms and it was really nice. Good hairdyer , diffuser and straightners provided. Robes and slippers and also a fridge. Beds were really comfy and the shower was great.100% we will be back to The Brehon."

"The staff at the Hotel goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed at the hotel. The breakfast is free for guests and you have a wide selection of choices and they are delicious. Parking is also close and very convenient as well, just a short walk to the hotel, less than 3 minutes. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit. "
