Lovely traditional hotel
"Traditional hotel with a fabulous seafront location. The room and bathroom were a good size. Very comfortable bed. We opted for an upgraded sea view room which was lovely… but if you’re a light sleeper br prepared for both hovercrafts starting up at 6am!! Good selection for breakfast."

"Staff, room food were all excellent. Very dog friendly. Spacious well equipped room. Only issue was the noises from other areas of the hotel. Possible a hand dryer. This would not stop us booking again. It was lovely."

The shops were good and easily accessible from the hotel. The hovercraft service is directly opposite the hotel and a 10 minute trip from Portsmouth.

Ryde was very good, in a brilliant location for getting around the Island, but the previous set of questions were all about places to visit which were all on the main land. I suggest you get a map to study the geography of the Isle of Wight
