"It was a great home, private location, fire pit, grill, everything that was to be expected. Nice little trail walk to the creek. I would come back. The management company needs to clean a bit better in general; e.g., on under furniture, dust, upkeep porch, and some manicuring of the landscape is needed. The bottom of the fire pit is rotted out and owner should get a new one. "

The downsides were the bathroom sink did not drain properly and black mold floated out of the drain, and the bathroom towels were extremely musty smelling.
