"The apartment is very comfortable and well maintained, fully furnished and equipped with all necessary amenities. The customer service agents were very professional and helpful. However, the property needs some attention to details regarding the following: * The check-in process is little bit confusing for a first time visiotr. * The livingroom rug was old and dirty. * The main bathroom water couldn't escape (drained).
