This exquisite contemporary Austrian chalet has been recently completed and stands out in the exclusive hamlet Lengau in the Saalbach-Hinterglemm area. Above and beyond this feat, the Lavender Hill chalet is a truly outstanding home that fuses, with absolute grace, exclusive interior and old-wood design, embraces texture and pattern, and delights in its attention to detail with bespoke furnishings and finishing throughout.

Set over four floors, the chalet is accessed by a lift from the ground floor bringing you directly into the chalet of 280 m2 with high quality contrasting materials including wood, glass and poured floors oozing opulence throughout. There are four double bedrooms, all with private en-suite bathrooms. The rooms throughout the chalet share stunning views to the surrounding 270 degrees mountains with absolute silence.

The chalet is fully automated for the lightning, automatic curtains, smart-home, humidity air fans, surveillance and alarm. Bang & Olufsen audio and video complete your stay.

The wellness floor is simply stunning. A sauna, showering and relaxation area with music are found here. Outside there is a hot tub that you can heat yourself to enjoy unobstructed views of nature and the villa chalet.

A fifth bedroom is available for two children’s or ideal if you bring your own staff or nanny. This bedroom can be reached via the underground garage and is located at the wellness level.

Guest Access:
The chalet will be fully yours during your stay. The parking garage has space for four cars and is equipped with 2 electrical vehicle chargers.

The neighbouring chalet is using two other parking lots.

Other details:
The best way to head to the Saalbach-Hinterglemm skicircus is taking the car for less than 5 minutes. It's very close to the chalet. The skilift called "Hochalmbahn" is the best place in the whole area to start, because the slopes are always perfect, it's not so crowdy and you can always park. In summer, please don't forget to walk to Europe´s largest high ropes park with an overall length of over 8 kilometers. A full day and great adventure for adults and kids!

You will rent a wonderful villa chalet which is located in absolute silence and with superb views.

The chalet is aimed for families or a small group that value luxury, appreciate design and high quality while retaining Austrian facets. The house is spacious but is not stacked with as many beds we could. Therefore 8 adults can occupy the 4 luxury bedrooms and one bedroom is available for 2 kids/teenagers/staff/nanny and is equipped with a bunk bed.

The most luxury smart property in Austria
We love every day ail in this chalet , It really 7* chalet , interior design is amazing and it’s a smart home, lightings ,curtains , heating and every detail was amazing. . Attraction in the same area was amazing , hiking , biking , resturants ,it’s like in the middle of Austria , any city in Austria it’s not more thaan 2 to 3 hours drive . It’s like a dream house , I definitely think about coming back again in this property . Car is recommended. Owners was amazing And the house manager Paulina she was amazing too. She’s a hiking expert , she took us to a lovely hiking in the same area . Best place for winter .. Thank you so much
