"We arrived during an extreme weather warning. The snowplough was able to support us to get into the car park. When we arrived, we've had a long journey and the receptionist was absolutely wonderful and offered to carry our bags to our cabin. We ate in the restaurant and it was the best meal I've ever eaten in my life. The service was next to Nunn, the waitress and waiter was so attentive And it really made us feel the ease given that we've had a very tricky drive from Levi. The location was absolutely beautiful and was magical. The cabin was kept perfectly warm for when we arrived, and the quality of everything in the cabin was beautiful. We had slippers, fluffy towels, toothbrushes kits . The views were stunning. Sadly, we never got to see the Northern Lights but still sleeping under snowy sky and waking up to Winter Wonderland was magical. The whole experience felt like luxury and after what I can only describe as a terrifying drive it was lovely to be met with such wonderful service and such comfort. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding and the quality of food was out of this world. There was none alcoholic sparkling wine on the breakfast bar to be able to have for breakfast the most amazing smoked salmon and there was such a variety, I couldn't fault the hotel in any area. My partner, however, would tell you that the breakfast needed baked beans. However, this in Norway impacted how lovely our day was Lori, ferried driver in the snow from the uk"

"Roomy apartment with an attic with 4 single beds and a toilet. On the ground level, we have sauna, toilet, kitchen, living area and a bedroom with a queen bed. Good size for 2 people. There are washing machine and dryer but they do not seem to be working."

"Very good value for money.Located in village centre. Big clean basic rooms. Stunning surroundings: walking trails , sky tracks, bicycle, snowshoe rentals. Bus stop just outside the hotel. Sauna on site. Various breakfast buffet, good selection of food. Friendly and polite staff at reception. Thanks a lot:)"

"Our family of 6 spent 5 nights here in January. The chalet was big enough to accommodate us all without it feeling too crowded. Kitchen was well equipped for the nights that we did eat in & the sauna was great after a days skiing. There was access to more firewood when we ran out, but the chalet also has central heating so it was lovely and warm even without the fire. Clean towels and bedding provided in the cost, and free WiFi. We are definitely going to rebook to stay here again but will probably hire a car. (Although the taxis are very reliable). We can’t wait to return! "

"We had an amazing stay. The staff is extremely friendly! Our car got stuck in the snow and we needed assistance getting it out. The front desk agent in the evening called a taxi for us and called us back to make sure that the taxi had arrived. The next morning the front desk agent Santeri took care of everything for us, arranging for a Polaris to help get our car out, calling us a taxi and keeping us informed along the way. This was 5 star service when our predicament was not related to our stay. This hotel takes great care of their customers! "

"The property has everything you need for 2 people, it would be very cramped with anymore than 2 adults and 1 small child, the kitchen is very well equipped. Beds are comfy, it’s warm and clean and the sauna is lovely. What they failed to tell us is that Saturdays is ‘change over day’ which meant we had to move apartments after our first night not giving us even 24 hours in 1 apartment, it caused us to loose a days skiing due to waiting around for a phone call to Inform us that the new apartment was ready which never came. We had paid for 4 days skiing and to loose a day was costly and dissapointing. The apartments are timeshares owned and even the staff said ‘it’s complicated’ when I asked them who’s decision it was for us to have to move apartments and was told ‘someone should have contacted us’ but this obviously didn’t happen. The directions to the apartments aren’t great either when you’re lugging your cases about in snow trying to locate the apartment block. There is nothing wrong with the apartment itself so I can’t complain about that, it’s more the customer services and communication that’s the issue. I’m not sure if Expedia should have told us or the holiday village but to arrive late to be told you have to move in the morning at some point (5th eh couldn’t give us a specific time just to wait for a call which never came) "

"Stayed in Studio with Sauna. The room was spacious enough for solo traveler, and a small kitchen was available which was good. Sauna worked well. But the building was quite old, and the bedroom was a bit cold when sleeping. Looked not very clean, and there was some uncomfortable smell at shower room. "
