"The apt is was clean and neat and the location is great- across from the Coop grocery store and close to the shuttle bus to the base of the ski area (15 mins walk if you don't take the shuttle bus). "This property is perfectly placed for skiers… beside a ski rental shop and bus stop. The apartment met our needs with a fridge/microwave/cook top plus a balcony. We had twin beds with puffy pillows and duvets. Staff were helpful and kind. Check in is at a different location (Alpen Spa resort), staff there were pleasant and kind, provided us with a glass of Preseco on arrival. The Spa at this resort is phenomenal… well worth 20 Swiss Francs for a day pass. "

"This is an outstanding hotel with nice accomodations, friendly staff, and excellent location at a great value. The pool and spa are nice, and the breakfast buffet is a great start to the day. It is conveniently located to the bus transportation to all of the slopes, and is an easy walk from the train station. The room itself was very clean and modern. Our family was truly delighted with our stay. If you are considering, don't hesitate!"

"This property is great and would have given it 5 stars but it literally requires you 'to hike' to get to the property from the street. Otherwise, it'll cost you a considerable amount of money via the Gornergrat Railway (15 USD every time). This adds up quickly if you decide to visit the town (to eat, shop and etc). Additionally, there is no laundry equipment (washing machine / dryer) available to tenants directly."

I would have loved to give the apartment 5 stars, but like the hotel, it needs a bit of maintenance with the blinds, windows and light fittings."

The hotel has an agreement with a lovely ski hire shop which is fabulous as we could leave our ski's and boots there every day, it made such a difference to our trip. We used the pool daily, it was lovely after a day on the slopes. You have to book one hour slots for the pool which works well as it is never too busy."

"The apartment I was given was clean, well equipped and had an amazing view…not sure if this ‘view’ is guaranteed so I will refrain from saying what the view was but you can guess. Couldn’t fault the accommodation we were placed in. Nice to see the apartment block had a quiet time (10pm till 6am) this was respected when we were there so we had 4 good night sleeps. "

"This property was immaculate. It is situated in a very quiet part of town. There were plenty of new dishes and new induction cookware. The living space was oddly configured, in that the huge kitchen table is in the center of the only common area. One bedroom was in a sort of separate apartment with its own lock. The whole arrangement was highly functional. The space shown on the internet is for the upper floor. We had a wonderful time in Zermatt."

Plenty of room for a small group with individual bedrooms and spacious open areas to gather and enjoy downtime. Unbeatable location

"Location, location, location! The location of this hotel is unbeatable. Seriously it’s just right in front of the train station. You can wear your ski boots with your ski gears walk out from the hotel’s ski room directly to catch the train in 2 mins. It’s just like a ski-in/ski-out hotel to Zermatt. The free breakfast was good while dinner lack of choices. Overall, it’s an excellent hotel if you want to ski in Zermatt, but don’t want to stay in Zermatt town (No car allowed)."

"This is an older property but clean. The facilities such as shower, toilet, kitchen and washer/dryer are shared. I had no issues with congestion. It is literally across the street from the train station and the entire town is walkable from this location. I had a third floor room with a lovely view of the Matterhorn. There is no elevator and heavy luggage might be difficult to manage. "
