Placid Blue the perfect place when you’re away from home. We created this home with comfort and group fun in mind. We offer 4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, an amazing great room and a large kitchen with all of the essentials.

We have an amazing backyard with a Large pool and 6-Person Hot Tub.

Pictures do not do it justice!
Love, love, loved it. The listing was great but the property was amazing. So many options to stay busy. Not to mention they had the option of extra toothbrushes incase you needed one. And the female products were greatly appreciated and thoughtful! I will definitely be coming back and renting again! Our guests were vrbo first timers and were extremely impressed! The beds were a bit soft for my liking but comfortable non the less.

Wish we had longer
Outstanding is the description. We arrived at the house and walked inside and everyone just went "Wow". The house is bigger than the photos show and is filled with just about any gadget you could want. The pool table was a big hit and the lounge area was so comfortable and spacious. The pool area was beautiful and there were so many areas to sit outside that we were spoilt for choice. The area was very quiet with supermarkets ten minutes away. Communication with the host was excellent and we can not be more positive about our stay. We really just wanted more time here.

Great Time
House was great for what we needed. Pool vaccum wasn't working so the pool was a bit dirty and the pool table was missing a ball. But house had a ton of space and everything else we needed for our stay. Kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of room to spread out. Great location!

My stay at Placid Blue the good and bad
The home was spacious and comfortable. I also rented the home for the outdoor amenities, but there were things that didn't work. In the pics on VRBO it showed a grill, smoker, and firepits. There were no instructions to the smoker and letter the host said that it wasn't in use, but she didn't let anyone know. There was a "Welcome book" with some instructions, but nothing about the outdoor items I mentioned. The BBQ was full of ashes and very old & falling apart. The firepits wouldn't light and there was no instructions as I mentioned. There was a game room, but the joysticks had no batteries and one of them was broken. Also no instructions on how to use the console for the games. Other than these and some other issues, the house was nice and the pool table was enjoyable. Too bad the pool was freezing. The host was ok. The internet went down and she was helpful to getting it back on. Her demeanor wasn't welcoming and I didn't want to bother her with the other issues we were having with things not working.

Excellent Rental
I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to have a good time with family without a lot of hassle. The property manager was very nice responded to our needs immediately. The property looked just like it was advertised online even more surprises with little gems that they put inside to make the Home more comfortable and accommodating, the house was fully stocked with everything that you should have for getting together with family. I will definitely stay there again.

Brilliant space to stay entertained
Staying at Placid Blue was great! My family and I stayed for the weekend and there was always something to do! Whether it was playing pool, Foosball, or being in the pool there was always the next activity to move to. The space made the house feel comfortable even when we had a few friends visit us, and the back yard was fantastic. Communication was quick from Tish and gave us the details we needed to know. Unfortunately the hot tub was not working on our stay but I was informed that this was being looked into. The house was also nice and clean on our arrival and acted as a great base for the time we spent in Sacramento. The location is quiet but with amenities nearby and good road connections Overall very highly recommended for anyone looking to share time together with friends/family

Perfect Getaway
This house was awesome. Very spacious backyard with pool and hot tub and large covered patio. Awesome house for a family or friend getaway. We wanted somewhere where we could just enjoy each other and this house was it! The owner was very friendly and easy to work with as well. Next time we are in Sacramento we will definitely be staying here!
