Things that are great: 1. The staff! Very courteous and helpful. The staff is by far this hotel’s greatest asset. 2. Ambiance in the lobby and common areas. The lobby is updated nicely and the sports bar gives provides a great escape for drinks and to watch games. Not so great: the rooms. The updates stop at the lobby and common areas. The rooms are incredibly outdated. The bathrooms resemble those in a motel, the a/c would not cool and several electrical outlets were broken. I must admit when I called for service to the a/c unit the service tech came right away to repair it. Overall, if you are looking for a place to stay. Lose to the airport with helpful staff, this is your place but don’t expect the rooms to be aesthetically pleasing.

I have been there a few times and the staff was really friendly and helpful. And the place it’s very clean and comfortable.

really great location and 20 mins to New York bus is available across the road. We enjoyed our stay and would return in future

It’s not 9 minutes to time square like here says its about 30 min away

This is my place to always stay when going to NJPAC. The only issue I had this weekend is the power outage in certain rooms and mine was one. Overall I recommend
