"Lovely hotel ❤️ On arrival I was a little concerned when the receptionist advised there was work ongoing - but it was fine. Comfy room, nice and quiet with good amenities. The elevator was tiny but stairs do allow you to access all rooms. There is no toiletries or tea / coffee in rooms but they do have a kettle and hairdryer etc. All in all would highly recommend - the location is perfect! Right in the hub of town and less than 10 minutes walk to the train station and for the Bernina Express! Thanks for a lovely stay."

Dinner was excellent with friendly service and regional food. The dessert was a wonderful tiramisu (not regional but the staff were italian). The hotel is as advertised. The rooms are simple but comfortable. The toilet was immediately outside our room as stated in our booking but was still convenient. The stairs are quite steep. It was quiet except for faint ringing of church bells in the evening. We would stay again. Thank you."

"Amazing, family-friendly, dog-friendly gem a five-minute walk into town, 8 minutes to the ski slopes. Can also take the bus to a number of the ski lifts or outdoor activities. The hotel has a range of activities, including a movie room and game room, to keep everyone entertained. The food was delicious and good variety."

"We had a fabulous stay at this hotel. The staff and accommodations were superb. Always welcoming and helpful. We loved the daily infused water at the front desk and the spa area though inside was soothing after a day of skiing and sledding. We will definitely be back!"
