"Loved these cabins! They were small but had a lot of space, included extra blankets and pillows which I loved. They allow dogs for an additional charge which is fine. I wish more places allowed dogs for free but it’s their business and they can choose what they want. The employee/ owner?? That checked us in was very nice, overall an awesome place! We went to several nearby lakes and caught fish. The river behind the house is beautiful and very accessible for fishing. We are older and wading is a thing of the past for us but I would imagine the fly fishing is wonderful. We would definitely stay again."

"My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon for about a week! It was absolutely stunning. The hot tub was amazing and it was very clean. My only complaints was the hot water did not last very long for the shower and we did get lost trying to find the cabin. However, it was a small romantic place to stay! "

"This property has it all! All the amenities you could need and a great location! We could not find one thing to complain about. Adults had space and the kiddos had a space as well which was great! "We booked this home as it is posted as being in very close proximity to the Great Sand Dunes. While the VRBO posting indicates the home is 4 minutes from the park, it is actually over an hour drive. We did have a fantastic time. The property was beautiful and clean with the exception of fruit and house flies in the main living area. I would recommend it as a great get away relatively close to the national park but be sure to plan accordingly."

"We loved the Little Yellow House! It was neat and tidy. Plenty of supplies such as towels, kitchen items, pillows, etc. The location leaves a bit to be desired. It is in a small trailer park and the house is close to Oak St, which is somewhat busy. Our two dogs were welcomed with treat bags! There is a fenced back yard area. It doesn’t have much grass, but there have been some new plants planted, so maybe it’s a yard in progress. Nice little patio with a grill available. We would stay...

"The staff were so kind and competent. The rooms were very nice and had a lot of cool stuff for guests to use. Hammocks, coolers, walking sticks, bikes, and other things that would be useful. The hot tub and sauna area was very nice. They also had a great out door hangout area with fire pits and good chairs. I’ll definitely go back! "
