"Excellent renovation, modern, spacious, light, airy and very clean. The property would be ideal for families as has a large garden and lots of equipment for children. Yvias is a quiet village with a small bar from which bread and pizza can be ordered the day before. Supermarkets can be found at Paimpol which is approximately a 10 minute drive. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend to others. Herve the owner was easy to contact and very helpful."

"Déçue rapport qualité prix. Mitigée sur la propreté: moisissures sur le rebord de la fenêtre de la chambre, sur le bac de douche, dans le lave vaisselle. Forte odeur de remonté d’égouts dans la salle de bain, évacuation de la douche difficile. Chambre agréable, literie confortable, environnement magnifique, très calme. Beaucoup de contraste entre la chambre moderne et la réception rustique « dans son jus » en travaux."

"John and I are in our 70s and stayed at The Manoir du Roselier with our daughter and son-in-law. I can honestly say that we have stayed in many wonderful hotels over our 54 years together but this one is way beyond exceptional. The rooms had many wow factors, our bathroom and the one adapted for those with disabilities were thoughtfully designed with top quality units and facilities. The lighting everywhere was superb, modern but sympathetic to the style of the original manoir, the beds comfortable. Everywhere was scrupulously clean and designed to be able to keep it that way. Breakfast was amazing with tastes of local dishes (kouigin amann and far breton) a selection of local cheeses and a wonderful array of breads and pastries as well as fruit and yogurt. As we were only there for one Sunday night, we were unable to use the restaurant for an evening meal, but the cocktails were delightful (which we enjoyed with a game of Scrabble!) Of course the location is superb too, we had sea views which added to the joy of our stay. The staff were attentive and friendly. Thank you for such a memorable visit. We certainly want to return! "
