"Our second time visiting and we have rebooked for a 3rd Nicole was amazing despite some issues with VRBO and the washing machine she was in constant communication. It was great to add linen to our booking this year. The appartment is a good size we are 2 families equalling 10 people. Ski in/ out was still possible even in April Good sized rooms with plenty of views of the slops outside. Nicole added items to the kitchen from our last stay which made things even easier."

"The chalet is in a great location for skiing the 3 valleys. It had most of the things we needed and was a nice chalet. However, it wasn’t the cleanest when we arrived and after my daughter had a first sleepless night on a very uncomfortable bed we had to do a bit of mattress swapping. To access the piste exit the apartment turn left and in about 100m you can access a blue piste that leads quickly to the main green run on the front of the resort. "Perfect location right on the slopes with a beautiful view to wake up to each morning. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Although fairly small we spent our time out all day but was a warm place to lay our heads after a busy day skiing. Would recommend."

"You should definitely check spa availability before booking. I booked my room and then found out their spa seevices were booked up for the entire weekend. In my opinion, that's the biggest reason to stay here. Otherwise, the hotel was nice for the money. "

"Stayed at this property many times. Typically very good experience. 2 issues this trip; elevator could only go down and breakdast selection and amount, not like before. Stayed 5 days, never seemed to be effort to fix 1st floor elevator button issue. Breakdast used to be spread out more with more quanties of everything. Always just enough put out. 5 days, only just a few sausage links, always at bottom of milk pitcher, just very little put out."

"Exterior could do with freshen up, but interior is clean and fresh. Staff very friendly and helpful and were able to give us two rooms early afternoon. There are a few diners in the area. We didn't have the breakfast, but it looked pretty good."
