"The location was perfect. We could walk everywhere in town. As americans we had some difficulty finding the parking spot..those are places people from the midwest don't think are places we can drive! But we were greatful to have a designated spot for our trips to the chateaus."

"A ten minute stroll along a pleasant street takes you to the bridge. Cross it and you are at the foot of the delightful town of Blois. There are two small supermarkets on the street, and lovely walks along the river so east to spend days without driving anywhere. Also many, many beautiful towns and chateaux to visit within an hour's drive. The cottage is well-equipped and very comfortable. We would not hesitate to recommend."

"We loved this place. Rita is the best host ever. So friendly and knows the area. The hotel is top notch and close to the port and a dozen great restaurants. Full service hotel including laundry service which is fast and awesome. Would stay here again. Beaulieu is the place to stay in the riviera. Very chill and close to Monaco and Nice. "

"Property was well situated for getting around Blois and surrounding areas. Disappointed on arrival after a long journey we couldn't have an evening meal as we were told we hadn't booked half board. Having said that the menu was rather poor we were directed to a nearby restaurant. Breakfast was ok."
