We stayed 1 night to break a long journey. The property was very easy to find. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff were all so helpful, friendly, and professional. We had dinner and breakfast there and those meals were absolutely fine. A very good stop over. I would use again.

Value for money, easy and quick to check in and out, convenient, lovely pub on site. Only downsides were nothing for children in the pub or hotel and cleanliness, dust and a few hairs in the bathroom and cobweb hanging from ceiling, nothing major.

No shower gel or hand cleaner in dispenser. Toilet seat loose. Broken clothes hanger in closet. Breakfast was oily, dry bacon, couldn’t eat the mushroom as it was tough as rubber and oily. Pork sausages were overcooked and dry. When complaining to staff member about the room at breakfast, no apology made, only said she’ll report it to housekeeping.

Room was good but service in the restaurant and the starters were not so good. I asked for extra scampi and i was charged £1 for each scampi which I thought was a rip off

Super stay booked at very short notice
Spent a lovely couple of nights here. Spacious clean room, comfy bed, extra pillows and towels available, tea and coffee BAGS (hurray!!). The heating in our room did not work, there was a plug-in heating contraption but we couldn’t get it to work. It wasn’t very cold though so we were ok without it. Staff were super friendly and helpful, food was amazing with very varied menus both breakfast and main meals. (I can thoroughly recommend the breakfast omelette!) The hotel is located just off the north wales expressway and super convenient for exploring all of north Wales. We booked at very short notice and got a really good deal - excellent value for money. I’m sure we‘ll be back some time!
