Sofa bed when as a couch was faux leather and quite damaged. Upon complaining I was kindly offered 2 other rooms but athough these were modernised and newly updated in the end I stuck with original room due to the extra space, how bright it was and the amazing 8th floor view. "We stayed for two weeks and loved it here! We took two young children and our dogs and couldn’t have asked for a better home. The house is beautiful with everything you could need and the garden is great with plenty of space for games and dining. Great location with shops 2mins walking distance and 10min drive to angers. The host is lovely and cannot do enough for you. Highly recommend!"

"Super propriété. Cependant pas de piscine , pas de bain a remous, pas d étang , chemin fermé par une barrière avec cadenas donc pas possible de l emprunté. Babyfoot en très mauvais état.... "Nous avons passé un super séjour, pour le premier de l’an entre copains. Le logement est grand, propre, top pour se retrouver le temps de 2 nuits. Petite précision à savoir, la « grange » se a comporte deux locations, vous pouvez donc être avec un autre groupe en même temps, mais c’est très bien isolé :)"

"We received a warm welcome from the proprietor, Sylvie, at this pleasant modern 1st Floor riverside property with nice views along the Loire, and an open terrace for al fresco dining. Within a short walk from many local restaurants, shops, and the twice weekly local market, it makes a good base to visit the many local Chateaux, and is at the heart of the Anjou vineyards for tastings etc."

"Séjour de 2 nuits à 12 personnes (12 adultes et 2 enfants). Grande maison rénovée récemment et très bien équipée. Idéale pour un groupe de 12 personnes grâce aux 5 chambres et aux 2 SDB. La maison est située à côté de domaines viticoles, ce qui permet de belles promenades. Les propriétaires répondent rapidement aux questions. Petits et grands ont apprécié ce week-end ! "Petite maison agréable , mais à la propreté douteuse , nous avons trouvé le lave vaisselle et la vaisselle pas propres . Les matelas d'appoint stockés entre une armoire et le mur humides et moisis . La maison est données pour onze voyageurs ; nous étions 7 et n'aurions pas pu être 1 de plus , surtout autour de la table de la salle à manger . "

Upon complaining I was kindly offered 2 other rooms but athough these were modernised and newly updated in the end I stuck with original room due to the extra space, how bright it was and the amazing 8th floor view. Just threw a duvet over the sofa. Beds are extremely comfortable and all the items you need in a flat are provided. Staff go above and beyond to help you have a comfortable stay. Especially Michael who was extremely helpful. I would certainly stay again. "
