-This age-old mansion dates back to more than 300 years. The renovated beauty in Saint-Basile has 3 rooms. Surrounded by green hilly belt, the stoned-mansion is ideal for a family stay.

A lot can be explored around the luxurious home. Beginning with an 11th-century Chateau de Maisonseule right behind, the front offers green meadows for a nature walk or a round of cycling. A soothing walk by the Lamastre river can be enjoyed in just 7 km while Tennis and food are in just 5 km.

Apart from enjoying the unobstructed view from multi-tiered terraces, the taste of luxury can be enjoyed at the private swimming pool or the fenced lush garden. You are in for a guaranteed magnificent holiday experience.

The house is located on a large plot with woods and meadows around the house. You have an unobstructed view to all sides and you can enjoy the peace and beautiful surroundings. Extremely suitable for people who love luxury, nature, walking, cycling and tranquility.

Janneke en Piet verhuren een uitzonderlijk project op een bijzondere locatie. Ze verbleven met hun twee honden ook op het domein, maar wat hoger gelegen. De verhuurders waren discreet, respectvol en toch altijd aanspreekbaar. De omgeving is enorm bochtig en maakt van elke uitstap een avontuur. Het stadje Lamastre is bereikbaar na tien minuten rijden, dat is het dichtstbij, maar daar is ook alles te vinden. Dat maakt de ligging van de locatie ook uniek. Het is er vredig. Janneke en Piet hebben dan ook hun hart en ziel in de renovatie gelegd en hebben daarbij veel aandacht besteed aan details en allerlei voorzieningen. Dat is een grote troef.

Prachtig gelegen goed verzorgde chique landelijke voormalige boerderij met alle comfort en optimale privacy. Omgeving is landelijk, bosrijk en vanuit het huis zijn mooie wandelingen mogelijk. Dichtsbijzijnde winkel is 10 autominuten verderop. Voor honden ideaal. Tuin is volledig afgesloten. Tijdens ons verblijf met regelmaat overdag en in de avond blaffende honden uit de omgeving. In de avond hoor je roofvogels zoals uilen en zie je soms reeën. Geluid draagt hier in de rust ver.....Gezellige markt in Lamastre op dinsdag en zaterdag.

Sehr schönes Landhaus, liebevoll eingerichtet und mit sehr guter Ausstattung! Schöne Außenanlage, großer Pool, eigene Boulebahn, Tischtennisplatte, viele Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten - man fand immer ein Plätzchen in der Sonne oder im Schatten. Gelände komplett eingezäunt - auch für den Hund herrlich. Man kann vom Haus aus Wanderungen starten; die Gegend ist sehr schön, wenn auch die Fahrerei durch die Serpentinen eher anstrengend ist. Sehr herzliche Gastgeber, die sich toll kümmern und immer ansprechbar waren!

Stoelen, ligzetels, terrasjes genoeg om te vertoeven in de zon of toch liever in de schaduw! Een echte aanrader! Ook de huiseigenaren zijn super vriendelijk! Leuke ontvangst met naambordje en lekkere wijn! Wij hebben genoten!!!!

Heerlijke week gehad in dit prachtige huis, heel karaktervol met alle moderne gemakken, gezellig en comfortabel. De ontvangst was persoonlijk met een naambordje en wijn. Ideale plek voor de hond die goed rond kon rennen in de omheinde tuin en in mooie wandelingen in de buurt. Lekker rustige lokatie, mooie fietswegen, fantastisch uitzicht, zeker van de lekkere terassen. Het weer in mei was niet super maar dit gezellige huis heeft veel boeken, spelletjes en een lekkere kachel- top! We hebben goed gebruik gemaakt van de tips voor leuke lokale restaurants in deze prachtige streek. Nog ontzettend bedankt!
