Last night however, the meal arrived cold. This leads me to believe that the meals are pre-prepared and then microwaved for serving which is not what I would expect. ...

"The room was clean with a beautiful view. The bathroom had been nice renovated in the style of the hotel design. Really beautiful and comfortable room. Wonderful staff and very accommodating to our struggles with speaking French. The dinner was nice, we recommend the pistachio crème brule! "
