"the location is stunning the host is very nice and responsive but unfortunately the property has not been cleaned prior to our arival it was dusty, sticky and the toiled smelled of wee. We where very disappointed. We do travel a lot as a family and I have seen a number of properties. This one needs a deep clean . The hotel is off a main street, making it very quiet at night, yet very convenient for the city centre that has many restaurants and shops. It is also very convenient for the tram network, being 100m away from the République Tram stop (that deserve Les Aubrais train station within 15min). All in all, very recommended."
