Logement récent bien situé par rapport au centre de Saint-Brieuc avec tout le confort. Il tranche avec l'état de l'immeuble. Idéal pour 2 personnes. Par contre, certaines nuits, les véhicules allant au port du Légué sont très bruyantes (musique à fond à 3h et vitesses excessives)
