We arrived at just after 2pm and was very disappointed to find we could not get in as auto booth was not working and directing us to reception which was not open until 5pm. "We really just wanted a shower and a bed to break up a long 1200 km trip from Stuttgart to the Atlantic coast. There were two of us; only one towel (and a bathmat). At 8:30 next morning, we were awakened by knocking on the door. My wife stumbled out of bed to check, and was asked by an employee when we expected leave.
