"ecommend this resort!! Spent the past 8 days there 15th-22nd of December. The room was amazing had a junior suit ocean view! Check in was an issue, the people up front were hard to deal with and were not the best. However the rest of the staff on resort were the sweetest. Shirley brown with housekeeping absolutely amazing… the waitress from captains market shekera is amazing her vibe and her customer service is a 10/10. The food is delicious and the Bob Marley show was magnificent. Ms Monique with the food & beverage concierge is an absolute legend with her customer service and also Katia with the food and beverage concierge is super sweet and a very knowledgeable person. The steakhouse restaurant is phenomenal! Sugar cane is very delicious as well. Ocean Eden Bay is the adult side and it’s a ton of things to do every day and night. The only con I have about the resort is that they do not serve you on the beach however that is not the worst thing because the bar is behind the beach. Yes with the amount of money you’re paying, you would appreciate them to serve you on the beach, but it’s okay again not the end of the world. 14 restaurants and a ton of bars. They have shows and very good reggae bands at night. I love Ocean Eden Bay and I’m definitely looking forward to seeing everyone again when I go back!"
