"The staff are all excellent. The location is in the heart of town. Parking space is a little bit chalenging to find due to a one way street but when we were able to park our car we just walk to the hotel with no issue. "

"Fabulous hotel. We received a warm welcome with lots of tips for what to do. Wonderful room with a view of the river - highly recommend! Plenty of bars/ restaurants and even a supermarket on the doorstep. Roof top bar is lovely on a warm night (though staff seemed hassled!) "

"This nice and modern aparthotel is well maintained and its location is very convenient as there is a tram station just half a block away. You can be in Bordeaux’s historic center in less than 20 minutes and if you’re traveling to the next destination by train, the train station (Saint-Jeanne) is just half an hour away at just 3.3 Euros per person. I highly recommend this hotel. I would book again. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel so I can’t comment about that. The staff is friendly and they explain well to you what you can do in town. "

"The staff have been wonderful. Helpful, professional and in most cases multilingual. Quick to check in and get to your room, excellent if you are tired from travel. This site has a secure area to leave your bags and cases if you are leaving later after your check out time and don't want to carry your bags all over Bordeaux. 20 minutes (max.) walk to centre of town on flat walkways. Safe? This site is directly across from the police station. "

"Caroline and Lucy were amazing and very helpful. Great location though if you drive take Caroline’s directions to where cars park for free. Also take their recommendations for wine Chateau’s to visit, local attractions, and restaurants. Many thanks St Emilion and we’ll be back!"
