"Everything was exquisitely welcoming especially Ginna from the front desk, answered all of our questions and was accommodating in terms in the language we spoke most comfortably. However, I would like to suggest that if they can assist their guest to the room rather giving out instructions. We had an encounter with a very rude guest when we got lost navigating our room. We were trying to enter from the outside near the parking lot by tapping our key card, a couple came to us, the wife was trying to help is but the conversation ended with the husband saying “only for the rich” and walked out. It ruined the whole night for me and my husband. Anyway, that is not a reflection of the whole hotel, the most of guests were friendly and smiling. "

"We did stay at the hotel for 5 nights and everything was just perfect. It is clean, staff is very helpful. You do have to drive to old Québec but that was not a problem for us. They are doing road construction around the outside roads but you don’t hear anything. "
