"Unfortunately hot tub was closed first night of stay. Still took in the pool and the sauna. 2nd night hot tub was back on and the tropical pool regained it's former glory. Real tropical plants! Someone should really fix that sauna door though. "

"A great stay for a Jets game. Just a hop skip and a jump across the street and you're there. It was great to have a Browns Social House in the hotel, as well as Tim Hortons. But we were very disappointed to find out that Tims is closed on the weekends. Hotel is right downtown, there seem to always be lots of emergency sirens going all day and all night"

"No parking - you’re on your own to find parking. No street parking in winter. Had to pay at a lot a ways away. "

"Clean room but bed mattress needs upgrade. Previous stay had great beds so may have not been upgraded yet"

"The Hotel was good, but the room we got wasn't. We had two bedroom room and in the second bedroom the heating unit didn't work as well as the TV. The rest of the hotel was good."
