"Property was clean and tidy. Very nice situation in the countryside near a forest. Had a fantastic break. Great little pool and loverly hot tub made hot days and evenings very relaxing and great fun. Beautiful cottage in loverly gardens with everything on hand for a fantastic getaway. We used as a base and travelled to Tours,, Le Mans. Alençon and other local spots. The host Bruno was great and could not be more helpful if he tried which made our break all the more relaxing as we new he was on...

"La longere est charmante, au calme et idéalement située dans le parc régionale. En revanche, pour les extérieurs, nous avons été un peu déçus : - la piscine n’est pas entretenue et s’est avérée inutilisable. - La balançoire n’était pas safe et se situe dans le terrain du bas qui n’etait globalement pas entretenu et du coup assez loin de la photo de l’annonce."

Expedia needs to specify this hotel may not have AC depending on the whim of the owner. Windows open with rain, bad weather, traffic and no bug screens. "Very helpful Staff, clean room and public areas, dog firendly, free parking adjacent to the hotel. My personal opinion is that the Dinner and Breakfast costs are too high for a 3* Hotel. The qualioty of food was excellent but as a traveller staying only for 1 night I did not need such expensive meal options. In fact I declined breakfast because of the cost"
