"Greeting from Karen & Richard was so nice. A lovely couple who presented the property so very well. The gardens were immaculate and brilliant for the kids and our dog. It's only lost a star for me because the gym isn't really a gym, it's a treadmill and cross trainer in reception but the treadmill wasn't even working during my stay. Also it would have been helpful for the hotel to provide instructions on where the parking is as I struggled to locate it, and this made arrival to the hotel a little stressful."
