Nous sommes arrivés sur place mais Monique, qui devait nous accueillir n'a pas été prévenu de notre arrivée. Sur ce , c'est son mari, Denis, qui nous a présenter sommairement la location. Quelques points sont à revoir sur la location,manque d'éclairage et vaisselle. Piscine non sécurisée, pas de piles dans l'alarme. Piscine très sale malgré le passage du pisciniste vue qu'il n'y a pas de volet, et sur ce une température de l'eau faible. GROS PROBLEME de reseau wifi. La télévision du dortoir ne fonctionne pas et le sèche linge est hors service...A part cela, le cadre et l'extérieur sont magnifiques mais mériteraient quelques rafraîchissements. Le rapport qualité-prix est sur ce à revoir. Malgré tout ces commentaires nous avons reussi à passer une belle semaine en famille. Monique et Denis sont des gens extraimements à l'écoute et très disponibles...heureusement.

Schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage
Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung und ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Nachbarin Monique kümmert sich um alle Anliegen und ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie spricht nur französisch, trotzdem klappt die Kommunikation gut. Das einzige Manko ist die Beschreibung der Unterkunft auf der Webseite. Es war für uns nicht erkennbar. dass wir Bettwäsche und Handtücher mitbringen hätten sollen und dass die Endreinigung nicht im Preis enthalten ist. Letztere mussten wir in bar bei der Abreise zahlen. Das Holz für den offenen Kamin muss man auch selbst organisieren, wir haben es in einem Supermarkt bekommen. Da sind aber nur kleine Schönheitsfehler. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Magnifique sejour dans jolie maison oleronaise
Maison parfaitement équipée, fonctionnelle et joliment décorée. Jardin agrémenté et piscine forts agréables. Emplacement idéal pour découvrir les beaux paysages de l'île. Pistes cyclables à proximité. Bonne communication avec les propriétaires. Bel accueil de Monique, très à l'écoute et réactive ! Toujours le sourire. Toute la famille a apprécié les bons moments passés. Idéal famille. A renouveler !

Maison idéale pour découvrir l'île
La maison est très bien située, à deux pas de Saint-Pierre et des plages. Magnifiquement décorée, spacieuse et très confortable avec sa piscine chauffée, très appréciée après une journée de visite. Accueil convivial par la voisine.

Très agréable séjour et un grand merci à Monique
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Monique qui s'est occupée de la maison et de nous au cours de notre séjour est une hôte merveilleuse, sympathique, réactive et disponible pour des bons conseils. La maison est très bien équipée et placée, nous avons tout fait en vélo. Seul bémol, la piscine est un peu froide mais vraiment c'était de belles vacances.

La maison est très agréable et très bien équipée. L’accueil est très sympathique. Toutes les conditions étaient réunies pour passer une excellente semaine de ballades à vélo sur les nombreuses pistes cyclable de l'île.

Maison de charme bien située et agrémenté d'une jolie piscine
La maison bénéficie d'une piscine et d'un joli jardin, qui rendent les matinées et les retours de plage particulièrement agréables. Même si la piscine prend beaucoup de place, le jardin autour est plein de charme. La terrasse offre aussi une grande table et plein de chaises, et 2 barbecues (!) selon les quantités. Le rez de jardin est très spacieux et agréable à vivre. Le salon, lumineux, est confortable mais très chaud l'après-midi (des stores seraient les bienvenus). La cuisine est à fois pratique, bien équipée (second frigo dans le garage) et la table est grande et accueillante. A l'étage deux petites chambres doubles et un dortoir de 6 permet de loger du monde! Les rangements manquent un peu. Les salles de bain sont un point faibles car elles manquent de lumière (pas de fenêtres et une simple ampoule). Facile à résoudre en changeant les appliques! L'accès internet est problématique avec très peu de 4G (problème commun à l'Ile d'Oleron en général) et pas de box ADSL dans la maison. Sauzelle est un bourg sans grande activité (petite boulangerie à pied quand même) mais il permet de sillonner l'Ile à vélo (au moins sa moitié nord, mais aussi la sud pour les plus courageux) et d'aller faire ses courses à Saint Pierre sans prendre sa voiture. Un dernier mot sur la gentillesse de Monique, la voisine qui s'occupe de la maison et fait tout pour que tout se passe bien!

schöne Urlaubswoche
mit Charme renoviert. sehr hellhörig insbesondere im Obergeschoß, Sauberkeit oberflächlich vorhanden. etwas schwierige jedoch gut akzeptable Kommunikation mit Besitzer und der vor Ort befindlichen "Verwalterin", die gleichzeitig als Putzfrau und Mädchen für alles fungiert. Der Pool sehr schön, kleiner Garten, schöne Terrasse, liegt mitten im kleinen Ort Sauzelle, zu Fuss Bäcker erreichbar, der Rest mit Fahrrad oder Auto, zum Strand knapp 3km.
