There is a small sign higher up with the apartment name on, but it's not an obvious entrance so need to look out for this - esp at night. Overall was a nice enough small apartment. "

"My room here is modern, small but efficient well-designed. There’s a place for everything without it being in your way. The bed is comfortable and the tub deep enough to soak in. The windows are tall enough that I can have the drapes open, but i’m not visible from the neck down. Actually, my windows aren’t visible to anyone at all. It looks and feels well maintained not patched and caulked together to hide stuff that’s falling apart. The front desk staff are very friendly and speak English well....

"Second time staying here. Did arrive in time to use the pool this time but still a good stay. Room had all we needed, was comfortable and clean. Perfect for an overnight stay whilst travelling back to the UK from Spain with a dog. Nice walk with the dog around the two small lakes and spotted two otters! Really handy to have a well- stocked supermarket in the car park! Will stay here again"

"Our second visit to Apparteo Bordeaux and equally enjoyable! The room on the top floor was spacious, clean, well equipped and comfortable with a great terrace for outdoor dining - very relaxing and appreciated as it was 30C+. A lot of renovation of the surrounding area makes for a very pleasant stay with loads of waterside restaurants, the lovely Halles de Bacalan and, of course the Cite du Vin. Can recommend taking the No. 4 bus from directly across the road to the Château de Pape Clemente...

"The Villa is beautiful and in a perfect location. The Villa however does require updating and some maintenance work. We did not realise the Villa does not supply any bedding or towels, so this had to be flown in and others by car which was frustrating. It would be nice if the Villa can recommend local shops, eateries and places of interest as nothing is supplied or recommended. WiFi took a few days to be sorted and both patio and pool furniture is in need a of change. Overall, lovely Villa."

"The property is exactly as described and shown in the photos. A modern well equipped kitchen is elevated with a Nespresso coffee machine. The monsoon showers are great and there are more entertainment systems than you could ever want, especially if you have a variety of ages in your party. "The gite was lovely and a lot bigger than we expected, but there were only 4 of us who visited. The gite had everything we needed, and the view was lovely - across the road was a vineyard, but the gite is on a road where, although cars are few and far between, they do drive far too fast. We had a lovely few days at the beginning of our holiday but on the fourth day a taxi drove into us at speed (not near the gite, on the way to Jonzac) and the hire car we were in was flipped over and ended up...
