Newly renovated Sunsuite Efficiency! Centrally located in the heart of Fripp Island. Steps away from the Beach Club, Island Bites, Sandbar, Tennis Courts, Fitness Center and new in 2024 Arcade! This 2nd floor studio layout is perfect for visitors who are interested in taking advantage of Fripp's many amenities as well as being walking distance from the beach. This unit includes a queen bed and queen sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, and keurig/drip coffee maker. Full bathroom with a shower and separate vanity area. Daily rentals are open year around and it comfortably accommodates up to 4 people.

Outside, enjoy the warm South Carolina sunshine and gentle sea breezes from your shared balcony. And with easy access to the beach, golf courses, pools, and other resort amenities, you'll have everything you need for a fun and relaxing vacation.

Fripp is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is also host to a large number of whitetail deer. Fripp Island is a gated island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all. With two championship golf courses, five swimming pools, 10 tennis courts and a three-and-a-half-mile beach, Fripp is an unspoiled treasure. The island has a full-service marina, with water sports rentals are available.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 6 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. Nice place to stay. Central to island and pools.
We will consider again. Was a bit small but you don’t stay inside very much so it’s not bad. Washer/dryer prices were a little high. Overall, nice place.

Overall good. Had problems with the key pad. Also could not find contact if we couldn’t get in but we eventually got keypad to work. Maybe more than one bar of soap and roll of tp would be acceptable. No bed nightstand was not great. Location is amazing for us and surprisingly quiet.

Excellent stay at Sunsuite through Fripp Company!
We had a wonderful stay at Sunsuite at Fripp. Booking was easy on VRBO. I quickly received a call from Fripp Island after inquiring if I had any questions. Later they booked a golf cart for me at Island Excursions at a cheaper price than private rental! Quite seamless. They called a week prior for gate passes and sent entry codes on time. The room was ready and clean at appointed time and golf cart drop off was easy without needing to gas up again. Especially loved the club cards and pool access! It was hot in May so the pool was used! Our unit over looked the pool on the back side of the complex. Also had a full sized fridge so lots of meals in the room Would rent again from Fripp Companies-if nothing else the prices are similar and the club card perk is worth the cost, plus discounted cart rental can't be beat. Would stay again.
