The bar did not open till 7pm (we arrived at 4pm) and so resorted to getting in the car and driving another 3o mins each way to the closest supermarket. Difficult to find check in. Intercom voices were very helpful. Over complicated process to check in. I was sent an email with our room code but email didn’t arrive until about 1 hour after we needed it. Had to use intercom service again. Apart from the above the hotel was good value for the price. "
