"Firstly a big thank you to the staff - without doubt they make this aparthotel welcoming and are very helpful. The car park is easy to access & secure. The room we had was fine, reasonably modern with everything we needed. Being on the first floor we did suffer from quite a lot of fan noise from the next building if we wanted to keep the window open. The gym was a bonus. The position of the accommodation is a 10 to 15 minute walk to the centre though buses are available. It's a pleasant area...

"Excellent séjour dans le beau gîte de Anne et Alfred, anciennes écuries rénovées, avec préservation de tout le charme et le cachet du lieu d'origine ! Idéal pour une soirée conviviale au coin du feu et un bon dodo à l'étage ! Et super accueil de Anne, qui se fera une joie de vous partager l'histoire du lieu Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de profiter des 14 hectares servant à la protection des animaux, nous espérons revenir une prochaine fois pour ça! "We have stayed in this apartment before so we knew what to expect. The small patio is a bonus but this time we brought our own chairs as we don’t find those provided very comfortable. The bed is very comfortable but it is very warm up there~ we were glad of the fan. We found the Wi-Fi to be rather inconsistent ( not sure if it was like this before). There is a supermarket 1 minute walk away which is just perfect."

"We had an overnight stop at this property on our way back to the ferry. Our stay was very pleasant and the hosts were very friendly. The property was very clean and they catered for all needs, tea, coffee, water etc in the room and I even got a recipe for a wonderful courgette marmalade. The property is not too far from Vitre which is a beautiful town and definitely worth a visit."

"This rental stated it had a washer & dryer as amenities, but this was false. We asked where they were located, the host gave us directions to the nearest laundromat. She was out of town for all our stay but the last day, & that's OK. She said we could use her washer once she returned for a cost of 5 euros. Check in did not go smoothly as we did not have the gate & keybox codes when we arrived. Communication with the host was sporadic as she could only convo thru vrbo & did not want to text or...

"Pour se retrouver entre amis le temps d'un week-end et de profiter des alentours de Rennes nous avons loué tout le gîte pour une nuit. Nous avons passé un très bon week-end et tout s'est très bien passé. Il y a de la place pour accueillir pas mal de monde, il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans le gîte pour s'occuper (babyfoot, barbecue ....) et tout le monde a bien dormi. Le propriétaire est joignable et à l'écoute de ses vacanciers."
