"The chateau is beautiful! It feels like you’re stepping into a fairytale. The hotel staff are very pleasant and professional. We loved our room. "I selected this property for the main reason of its 24hour check in and requested specifically on my booking for a late check in. The hotel replied confirming this. When we arrived, the security gate was shut across the car park and we hadn't been given a code. When we rang the number from the booking a security guard from another hotel a 10 minute drive away answered but was unable to help us. After trying all options to get into the property we had to drive to this other hotel and pay again...
