Minor issue with hair dryer cutting out after a few seconds, reception asked us to descend 3 floors to collect a replacement rather than sending one up with a member of staff so maybe customer service could be improved a little. "2 Grand parents 3 grand children We took the appartment for 12 !! # brilliant - bike rides ,tennis,walking, Sunset Beach Restaurant a short drive lovely staff even better food at extremely reasonable prices The only problem was the outdoor pool ( open until 30 Sept) was closed And rthe uindoor pool- open all year round was also closed A big disappointment for the kids -a bit less so for me !!"

"Logement très bien rénové, avec goût et simplicité ! Le terrain permet de décompresser au milieu des montagnes. Le logement est bien equipé et l’hôte disponible et a l’écoute ! L’emplacement du logement est appréciable, beaucoup de possibilités à pied (commerces, marché, restau, lac, etc…). Transports en commun à côté, possibilité de balayer le long du lac, jusqu’à Annecy. "We had a great couple of weeks, the house was lovely, the views are amazing. Allevard is a great town with plenty of choice of restaurants. WiFi in the house was a bit patchy in the bedrooms but the teenagers coped! Communications with Remi were easy and quick, we would definitely return and recommend"

"The view from this apt is amazing. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking. The communication in leading up to our stay was minimal. We often had to wait a day or so for simple questions.
